Utilizing standard assessment tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, Career Values Scale, Work Personality Index, Career Interest Profiler, FIRO-B, Jackson Career Explorer, Leadership Skills Profile, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, and the Multidimensional Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
- 2. Analysis and Feedback:

- 3. Two Hours of Coaching Sessions:
These sessions involve creating a strategic plan with clear guidance to help you steer your career in the right direction, personalized to help you explore and build your career options.
